DELIVERY TERMS
We take great pride in our customer service and attention to detail, ensuring that your car buying experience is as enjoyable as possible. Our goal is to remove all stress from the process, so you can enjoy the excitement of collecting your new car with minimal fuss.
We are pleased to announce that our company offers delivery services for your convenience through our internal logistics network. Our internal logistics facilitate deliveries across Europe. Should you decide to proceed with delivery, we offer all transactions a 7-day inspection period with the right of return. If the vehicle is not exactly as described, or if you decide against the purchase, we will clearly specify in the transaction contract and invoice that the buyer will receive a full refund, including delivery costs, within 48 hours after their final decision.
Starting from 20.05.2023, all customers outside of Sweden will make their car reservation payments to one of our Financial Offices bank accounts in Spain or Hungary (our main financial offices). By using our EURO Currency bank accounts, we benefit from lower bank transfer fees compared to Sweden. As bank transfer fees vary between countries, they can significantly impact our business expenses, especially with high volumes of transactions. By opting for the EURO Currency bank account, we are able to minimize these costs and streamline our financial operations.
Please be advised that cash payments are not accepted. All transactions will be processed via bank transfer to one of our Company’s EUR-denominated bank accounts.
